Privacy notice

We collect your name, contact number, location, loan type, desired amount, and the documents you send us so that we can assess your application and endorse it to a lending partner.

We ask for your consent before collecting any of this, and we record the date and time you gave it. You may withdraw your consent, ask to see what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it by messaging us on our Facebook page or emailing the address on our contact page.

We share your information only with the lending partner handling your application. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.

We keep your information only as long as needed to process your application and to meet our record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.

This notice is provided under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
